Sized for a 3–4 person household and installed by our own licensed plumbers and electricians — the two trades a heat pump actually needs, both in-house.
Three details is all we need to start. You'll hear back from our Pakenham office — a local team, not an interstate call centre, and nobody here works on commission.

We'll ring to check your existing system, where it sits, and which rebates you qualify for, then send your exact price in writing.
Or just wait for our call — either works. In a hurry? Call our Pakenham office on (03) 9100 1214.
We fit NeoPower as our standard because it does the job properly at a price that makes sense once the rebates come off. Every price includes supply, installation, removal and disposal of your old system, compliance paperwork and commissioning.

Heat pump pricing in Victoria depends on which schemes you qualify for. Here's the honest version, because finding out on install day helps nobody.
The Solar Victoria hot water rebate is worth up to $1,000 if you qualify, and the VEU discount isn't income tested so most households replacing an existing system get that one. Eligibility is set by the scheme, not by us — so we check both on the phone and tell you exactly which ones apply to your place before you get a price.
That's the part people miss. Most hot water companies hold one licence and subcontract the other — which is where the delays, the finger-pointing and the failed compliance come from.
No in-home sales appointment, no three-hour kitchen-table pitch. We're tradespeople, not a sales floor.
We check your existing system, where it sits, and which rebates you qualify for. Ten minutes.
A simple form — a few questions and you snap the photos on your phone as you go. About five minutes.
Your model and final number in writing. No moving target, no in-home sales appointment.
Our own plumber and electrician. Old unit removed and taken away, compliance and rebate paperwork lodged by us.
"We recently had a heat pump installed and couldn't be happier with the service. Aaron was professional, punctual, and efficient. The installation was completed to a very high standard, everything was explained clearly…"

Prashant TandonGoogle Local Guide · 7 months agoThat's the installed price for a NeoPower 270L on a standard changeover — existing unit in an accessible spot, compliant switchboard, straightforward run — where you qualify for the applicable rebates. If your site needs extra work, we tell you the cost in writing before you commit, not on the day. And if you don't qualify for a rebate we've assumed, we tell you that too.
There are two schemes with different rules. VEU isn't income tested and covers most households replacing an existing system. The Solar Victoria rebate is worth up to $1,000 but has its own eligibility criteria set by Solar Victoria. We check both on the call — it takes a couple of minutes and it's free.
270L suits most 3–4 person households and is what we fit most often. 210L works for units and smaller homes, 320L for larger families or heavy hot water use. We ask how many people are in the house and how you use hot water, then recommend accordingly.
We'll give you a realistic timeframe for your specific job when we quote, and we plan the changeover to keep any gap as short as we practically can. Because we hold both the plumbing and electrical licences in-house, we're not waiting on a subcontracted second trade to become available — which is the usual reason these jobs drag out.
We remove it and dispose of it. That's included in the price, along with compliance documentation and commissioning.
Yes. Modern heat pumps are rated to operate well below Melbourne's typical winter minimums. Efficiency drops somewhat in the cold — that's physics — but they still run at a fraction of the cost of electric element storage.
Ten minutes on the phone tells you your model, your rebates and your final number. No obligation.
